Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms," "Terms of Service") carefully before using the StreamEmote.com website (the "Service") operated by StreamEmote ("us," "we," or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

1. Description of Service

StreamEmote provides a free online tool for resizing images to meet the emote size requirements of various streaming platforms, including but not limited to Twitch, Kick, and Discord. The Service processes images entirely within your web browser using client-side technology.

2. Use of the Service

2.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

2.2 Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service to process images containing illegal content
  • Upload images that infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
  • Use the Service to create content that violates platform terms of service (Twitch, Kick, Discord, etc.)
  • Attempt to interfere with, compromise, or disrupt the Service
  • Use automated systems or software to extract data from the Service
  • Upload malicious files or attempt to exploit vulnerabilities

2.3 Your Content

You retain all rights to the images you process using our Service. We do not claim ownership of any content you upload or create using our tool.

Important: Your images are processed locally in your browser and are never uploaded to our servers. We have no access to your images and cannot view, store, or share them.

3. Intellectual Property

3.1 Our Content

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of StreamEmote. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

3.2 Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring that the images you process do not infringe on any third-party rights. If you use our Service to resize emotes or images, you must have the right to use those images.

4. Third-Party Platforms

Our Service generates images sized for various third-party platforms (Twitch, Kick, Discord, etc.). We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by these platforms. Use of the resized images on these platforms is subject to their respective terms of service.

Platform requirements and specifications may change at any time. While we strive to keep our tool updated, we cannot guarantee that resized images will always meet current platform requirements.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
  • The results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable
  • Any errors in the Service will be corrected
  • The Service will meet your specific requirements

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL STREAMEMOTE, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless StreamEmote and its affiliates from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
  • Any content you process using the Service

8. Advertising

The Service may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising networks, including Google AdSense. These advertisements may use cookies and similar technologies to display relevant ads. Your interaction with advertisements is governed by the respective advertiser's terms and privacy policies.

9. External Links

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by StreamEmote. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

10. Modifications to Terms
